How to delete a Webflow Account?
Deleting your Webflow account cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all sites and data will be permanently deleted as well, with no option for recovery in the future.
Step 1: Account Settings
In the top right corner of your dashboard you will find your profile image and the ‘Account’ dropdown menu. There you will find the ‘Account Settings’
Step 2: Security Tab
Under 'Account Settings', head over to the 'Security' tab. Here, at the very bottom of the page, you'll find the option to delete your account.
Step 3: Contacting Support
As per Webflow's protocol, account deletion is handled through their support. Click on the 'contact support' link provided in the account deletion section.
Step 4: Delete Account Request
Navigate through Webflow’s Support menu, or type in the search something along the lines of “delete account” to get to the ‘Delete Account Request’. There you will have to confirm your Email address and click ‘Submit’.
Step 5: Confirmation email
Upon initiating the delete account request, a confirmation email will be sent. Once you confirm that, you have successfully deleted your Webflow account.
Webflow Data Retention after Account Deletion
Webflow retains your personal information only as long as it's necessary and only to be able to offer you their services or as mandated by legal requirements. If you decide to delete your account, your personal information will be deleted, barring any legal obligations that necessitate its retention.
