Buyers search for what you sell and find your competitors
A good-looking Webflow site still needs the right technical setup and content before Google sends buyers to it.
New pages don't get found. You publish pages and posts, and they never reach the first page of Google.
The build skipped the SEO setup. Titles, headings and alt text were left at their defaults when the site went live.
Your SEO agency doesn't know Webflow. Their audit lists what to fix, and your team has to work out where each fix goes in Webflow.
AI tools leave you out. Buyers ask ChatGPT which tools to look at, and your name doesn't come up.

Finmatics relaunched on Webflow, with SEO in place from day 1
Finmatics is an AI-powered accounting platform in Austria. We moved its 70+ pages from HubSpot to Webflow with a full redirect strategy, rewrote the copy in German for search, and stayed on for the SEO and GEO work after launch.

What the engagement includes
One engagement covers the full SEO and GEO work, from the first audit to new content.

Technical SEO
Indexing, redirects, canonical tags, speed and Core Web Vitals get checked and fixed in Webflow.

On-page optimization
Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and schema get set up on every page and CMS template.

Topic hubs and content
We plan content around the topics your buyers search, then write new pages and update the ones you have.

GEO - AI Visibility
Content and markup get structured so ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read and describe your company.

Link Building
We earn links from relevant sites your buyers already read.

Monthly Reporting

A few pieces we have written on this
If you want to understand the process before you speak to anyone, these three cover most of what comes up.
What marketers ask about Webflow SEO
No, Google ranks pages on what they say and how they're set up, whichever platform built them. WordPress gets its SEO settings from plugins like Yoast, and Webflow has them built into every page.
Usually something is stopping Google from reaching it, like a robots.txt rule that blocks pages or a site that was never added to Google Search Console. A brand-new site can also take a few weeks before Google crawls it.
Technical fixes and pages already close to the top of Google usually move first, within the first few months, and new pages take longer to build up. You get the KPIs and the dates we measure them against before the work starts.
It can, though content and relevance count for more. Google judges speed from real visits through Core Web Vitals, and on Webflow sites a low score usually comes from large images, heavy interactions or third-party scripts.
No, rankings carry over as long as SEO is part of the redesign from the start. Every old URL gets redirected to its new page, the old site's technical issues get fixed, and the pages already bringing in traffic get better content.
Not from the CMS alone, because Webflow builds every CMS page from the collection's folder plus the item's slug, like /blog/post-name. Static folders can sit in front of that, like /resources/blog/post-name, and Google doesn't need the category in the URL to rank a post.
With Webflow Localization, each language gets its own folder in the URL, like /de/, and Webflow adds the hreflang tags that tell Google which version to show where. If a translation app like Weglot runs the languages instead, the tags come from the app, and we check them before anything goes live.
Yes, we need Designer access, because page settings, URL structure and schema all get changed in the Designer, which the Editor can't reach. Webflow lets you invite us as a guest to that one site, so your other sites and billing stay out of reach and the site stays in your name.
The tools track how AI answers mention you and suggest fixes, and they're built for Enterprise plans, with some parts available as an add-on on Business plans. Someone still has to decide which fixes matter, write the content and earn mentions on other sites.
Six months, which gives the technical fixes time to show and new pages time to start ranking. After that, the engagement runs for as long as it keeps paying off for you.
It depends on how much of the search work you need and how competitive your market is. We go through it on a first call, share a short questionnaire so nothing gets missed, and price the engagement from there.
