Sheer is a Copenhagen-based creator marketing platform. It helps agencies, brands, talent managers, and creators find creators, manage campaigns, track results, and share reports - all in one place.
After a full rebrand, Sheer needed a website that matched their new direction and could support their upcoming international marketing push.

The Challenge
- The old site was Danish-only, blocking Sheer from reaching international markets.
- A simple page structure couldn't show the full depth of the platform - from creator search to campaign management to analytics.
- Sheer serves four different audiences (agencies, brands, talent managers, creators), but there was no messaging strategy to speak to each one.
- Existing blog posts and resources needed to be migrated without losing anything.

The Solution
- Tunel Studio used Sheer's new brand foundation as the starting point for the entire project.
- Together with the Sheer team, we mapped out the site architecture focused on simplicity and clarity - dedicated solution pages, every feature explained, transparent pricing, and useful resources.
- All copy was written from scratch, identifying pain points and needs for each of Sheer's four target groups.
- Over 50 custom graphics were created by compositing real platform screenshots into marketing visuals - showing the actual product instead of generic illustrations.
- The site was built in Webflow, giving Sheer's team control and speed over content updates.
- All existing content was migrated from Gatsby into Webflow's CMS.
- Performance, accessibility, SEO and GEO optimized from day one.

The result
- Page weight dropped by 93% - from 25MB to 1.7MB. Total Blocking Time fell by 87%. Layout shift went to a perfect 0.
- The site scored 100/100 on both SEO and Best Practices in PageSpeed Insights.
- Their marketing team now has full autonomy to update content, publish resources, and launch new pages - in hours.
- The project evolved into an ongoing partnership, working together on conversion optimization and variant testing.
