The design isn't just modern, it actually feels thought-out. What really blew us away was their patience; we called them more times than I’d like to admit with extra tweaks and changes, and they were available 24/7 to make it happen. We’re already moving into the next phase with them to handle our SEO and build out some additional custom pages and features. If you need a team that won't disappear once the project starts, these are the guys.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tunel Studio helped me shape the whole visual identity, from the logo and colors to typography and the overall look, so it reflected my background in pharmacy and nutrition. They then built the website in Bosnian, English, and German. Just as important for me, they built it with a no-code/low-code solution like Webflow, so I could easily update texts, add content, and make changes myself without depending on a developer. The project covered two main areas. First was the branding: Tunel Studio created my logo, color palette, and typography and brought it together in a simple brand guide I could use across my materials. Second was the website. They designed and built it in Webflow with three main pages (home, program, and contact) in Bosnian, English, and German and took care of the English and German translations. They also handled the SEO setup, including meta titles, descriptions, and language tags for every page, so each version could be found in its own market. The biggest change is that I now have a professional online presence that matches the level of my work. The German version has also helped me start reaching women in the German-speaking market. And because I can update everything myself in Webflow, I make changes in minutes, which saves me both time and money. I don't have exact percentages to share since I didn't have a proper website before this project, so there's no clean before-and-after comparison. What I can say is that since the launch in spring 2026, consultation requests come in regularly through the contact form, and most new clients I speak with have already looked through the website before our first call. What took days for previous developers to deliver, I can do in hours now. With the CMS and the no-code options, I can do so many things now, from creating new pages from scratch to utilizing the CMS for that too. Moreover, we’ve seen almost a 15x increase in clicks and a 17x increase in impressions. Leads have tripled, and out of the increased leads, at least 50% of them are more qualified and likely to buy. They welcomed every single thing or idea I said by creating a visual representation to ensure we were on the same page. As I've said, communication and investment were something I hadn't seen before while working with agencies.

The most impressive thing for me was their creativity. From abstract to modern designs, they absolutely mastered the craft. They always have multiple ideas on how to create something and they constantly test and communicate – not just among them, but with the client (in this case me) too. That's the impressive part.

What's actually most unique is once they get a good grasp on how things should look, their speed of execution while maintaining the quality is simply mind-boggling. They are so fast, and not just with creating and building stuff but also with implementing the feedback and changes that are needed along the way. I NEVER saw any agency come even close when it comes to delivery speed.

Since I'm not familiar with design software I found it complicated to provide feedback and find my way around on Figma links they sent me. I hope they'll develop a feedback system in the future that will be more user-friendly to non-technical clients to provide feedback and elaborate on their needs. That was the only thing that could be improved, but for the rest, they are on point, and we keep on working with them.
